Kat Chan’s nutritional therapy practice works to establish whole-body health as part of a life of pleasure and substance. Personal, practical, and powerful, her programmes are additive rather than restrictive and designed to meet you where you are.

In life, it is easy to overlook and ignore what the body needs. Kat uses an integrative framework to uncover the potential triggers that may inhibit good digestion, mood, energy, immunity and skin and addresses them with bespoke nutritional solutions, actionable tools and behavioural habits that are realistic for you.

Her practice is rooted in three beliefs:

  1. That a healthful life doesn’t need to be a life without pleasure.
  2. That small, consistent adjustments have a profound healing potential.
  3. That the body’s systems influence one another—we’re all in this together.
